EcoVadis, the world-renowned organisation, has once again awarded us a gold medal for our CSR actions thanks to the in-depth and rigorous assessment process we have been implementing since 2020.
A path of continuous improvement: from silver medal to gold medal
Going back to our first assessment in 2020, Novae achieved the Silver Medal, showing that our commitments to the environment, ethics, human rights and responsible purchasing have been ingrained in Novae’s DNA from the very start.
Fully aware of our potential for improvement, we intensified our actions and our efforts paid off in 2021, when we received the EcoVadis Gold Medal for the first time.
A renewed success
In 2023, we are pleased to announce that Novae has once again achieved the EcoVadis Gold Medal. The reassessment included new questions and a different weighting of the assessment grid, testing our ability to continue to progress in our CSR performance.
Our new ethical code, signed by all employees, and the carrying out of a carbon assessment of all of our activities in 2022, have enabled Novae to maintain this good result.
We say it, we do it
Novae obtains its best score “80/100” in the “Environment” category, followed by the “Responsible Purchasing” and “Human Rights” categories, with 70/100 points.
What’s more, on each of the four axes, Novae is particularly well rated in the “measures taken” indicator, demonstrating that beyond general policies and reporting data, it is above all in taking action that our CSR approach is appreciated.
This great recognition encourages us to keep up the good work on these important themes and to continue to innovate and progress for a more sustainable future.
