Our Missions
The Novae Foundation, which is independently governed, nonprofit, and recognized as a public benefit organization, has a dedicated budget funded in part by an annual endowment from Novae Restauration.
Since its creation in September 2025, it has been funding and supporting concrete projects aligned with our three missions.
We support local farmers in their transition to more sustainable agriculture
Because high-quality food begins in the fields, the Novae Foundation supports farmers and producers who want to improve their practices. It funds projects that enhance the sustainability of farms, promote short supply chains, and help reduce waste throughout the agricultural production process.

The Foundation develops projects that, among other things, foster social connections, promote employment, and help the most vulnerable individuals regain confidence, independence, and dignity through food.

Every year, thousands of metric tons of perfectly edible food are lost. The Novae Foundation supports projects that help prevent food waste, make the most of food resources, and raise public awareness about more responsible consumption.

Our Organization
The Novae Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees composed of seven members from complementary fields:
- food service;
- agriculture;
- human resources;
- sustainable development;
