For a 6-month assignment to replace a maternity leave. A versatile role at the heart of the field, combining digital tools, communication and coordination.

You will play a key role in the digital support of our teams, the management of our e-reputation and the structuring of our communication media.

You will work closely with the operational teams, marketing and communications and our external partners.

Your responsibilities :

Above all, to adhere to & live the company’s values and pass them on with kindness! Supporting field teams, managers and internal departments, your main missions will be :

Field Support & Digital Tools :

  • Train operational teams (in groups or individually) in digital tools.
  • Provide first-level technical support.
  • Configure tools (menus, prices, miscellaneous information).
  • Act as an interface between the field, in-house teams and service providers in the event of malfunctions.

Digital marketing & E-reputation :

  • Managing e-reputation: responding to Google and TripAdvisor reviews for Novae and public sites.
  • Create, set up and track Google My Business accounts.
  • Set up and distribute e-reputation reports to establishments.
  • Administer and optimize the chatbot.

Structuring & Harmonizing Communication Media

You contribute to the consistency and quality of internal supports:

  • Identify existing media and help rationalize them.
  • Animate and update a catalog/manual/information channel for establishments.
  • Ensure alignment of materials with the Novae brand image.

Coordination & Transversal Projects

You will work on various communication projects:

  • Coordinate satisfaction surveys with the external service provider.
  • Participate in the coordination of video productions (social networks, in-house, customer projects).
