You will independently manage the culinary service using fresh, local, quality products, supervising a team, while managing the relationship with your customer, the contract and your budget.

Your missions
- Guarantee a relationship of quality and trust between Novae management and our signatory customer
- Meeting consumer expectations
- Organize and coordinate the smooth operational running of your facility and its team, while guaranteeing the excellence of the service provided.
- Produce and guarantee a high-quality culinary service while expressing creativity (menu development, product selection and ordering, preparation of bids).
- Contribute to a good atmosphere and conviviality during service by providing a warm welcome
- Manage financial costs (purchasing, human resources, etc.) and administrative management of the facility
- Bringing Novae values to life for your customer, his guests and his team
- Making your safety and that of your colleagues a priority
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards (HACCP)
